These terms govern every purchase and use of Underdog Sales services. Please read them before buying. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout or using our services, you agree to them.
GSC Underdog Sales LTD, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 480077, VAT number CY60207675N), with its registered office at Onisiforou Center, Paphos, Cyprus. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Underdog Sales" mean this company.

These terms apply to both business customers and individual customers. Where the law gives individual consumers rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply in addition to these terms.
The version of these terms that you accept at checkout governs that purchase. Later changes to these terms do not alter a purchase you have already made.
Prices and available payment options are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.
You may pay the full price upfront, or, where offered, through an instalment plan.
Instalment plans. When you select an instalment plan, you are purchasing the full programme for the total price displayed at checkout and choosing to pay that price in scheduled instalments. An instalment plan is a payment method, not a monthly subscription. It does not give you a right to cancel the remaining instalments by stopping your participation in the programme.
By selecting an instalment plan, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each scheduled instalment on its due date.
Not accessing, attending, participating in or completing the programme does not cancel your remaining payment obligations.
You may request a full refund of all amounts paid within 30 days of your purchase by emailing ops@underdogsales.com. The 30 days run from the date and time shown on your purchase confirmation.
A refund ends your access to the programme and cancels any remaining instalments.
After 30 days the purchase is final. No further refunds are available and remaining instalments cannot be cancelled.
For individual consumers, this guarantee is more generous than, and is offered in place of, the 14-day statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
If a scheduled instalment fails, we will retry the payment.
If an instalment remains unpaid 7 days after its due date:
Overdue amounts carry interest at the statutory rate under Cyprus law from the due date until paid. You are responsible for our reasonable costs of recovering unpaid amounts.
Access is restored once the outstanding balance is paid.
Raising a card dispute or chargeback for an amount owed under these terms does not cancel the debt. Access to the programme is suspended while a dispute is open. If a dispute is resolved in your favour on an amount you owe, the amount remains payable under clause 6.
Your access is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared. You must keep your login details confidential and must not:
We may suspend or end your access if you breach this clause. No refund is due for access ended under this clause.
All content on this website and in our programmes — including training materials, videos, text, graphics, frameworks and software — is owned by GSC Underdog Sales LTD. You may use it for your own learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our programmes provide training and guidance. Results depend on your effort, market and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific sales outcome, job outcome or revenue.
Subject to the first paragraph of this clause, our total liability to you for all claims arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
If an amount remains unpaid, we may share your contact details and details of the debt with a debt collection agency or legal advisers for the purpose of recovering it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to purchases made after the update. Each version is dated at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Paphos, Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right.
We may assign or transfer any amount you owe us, or our rights under these terms, to a third party, including a debt collection agency, without your consent. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the price and payment option shown at checkout and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us for your purchase.
